Refund policy
Return Policy: Items created and sold through this site are custom production runs and may not be returned unless they are defective. In order to request a refund for a defective item, please email orders@westspirits.com.
Refund Policy: Items are eligible to be refunded if they are found to be defective and returned. Pre-sale items may be refunded during the pre-sale window only. Once a product enters the production window, it is not eligible to be refunded. If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, it will be replaced whenever possible, and refunded if a replacement is not available.
Credit Card Chargebacks issued without first reaching out to our team at orders@westspirits.com to discuss the situation will be unable to make future orders from the site and may face additional action, including legal action if found to be fraudulent.
